1. Tailoring & Production Cycle As a specialized studio, our products are Made-to-Order.

• Standard Orders: 8 – 20 Business Days (Matches our current GMC handling settings).

• Peak Season (January – April): Production may take 10 – 25 Business Days due to high seasonal demand.

2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times We ship worldwide from our Suzhou, China studio using trusted carriers.

• Carriers: DHL, UPS, FedEx, and specialized international airlines.

• Delivery Window: 3 – 12 Business Days once dispatched.

3. Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $35.00 USD applies to most orders, ensuring secure and insured delivery.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes International shipments may be subject to customs taxes and import duties. These charges are determined by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. Receiving Your Package Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging. If the package appears broken or tampered with, please refuse to sign and contact our support team immediately at info@annakoo.com so we can resolve the issue with the carrier.
