Shipping Policy

We send dresses by DHL, UPS, Fedex, Special Airline and other ways, all package will be insured before sending, so if the package lost, then you can get full payment back or resend you a new one.
We ship worldwide, the delivery time is not effect by covid-19.
Rush order: within 10-20 days or even earlier.
Normal order: within 30 days (From May to Dec)
Around 30-35 days (From Jan to April), it's busy season, so produce time will be a little long.
The shipping cost is prepaid before sending, so there will be no extra shipping cost, please note for some countries, there will be customs taxes, this tax should be paid by buyers, in order to save your cost, we usually write less price on the invoice.

Shipping Cost:

For Special Occasion Dresses, Wedding Dresses, Based on the dress weight, varies from USD 30-USD 40.

For Casual Dresses, Based on the dress weight, gennerally is around USD 15- USD 25.

Please refuse to sign the package if you find the package is broken and contact with us at the first time, we will help you solve all the problem.
