    DELIVERY AT A GLANCE
    Every Order Has Its Own Journey
    Because many Annakoo gowns are individually made for each customer, production time depends on the type of order. In stock pieces are prepared much faster, while Made to Order and customized gowns require additional time for tailoring and finishing.
    01 / MADE TO ORDER
    15–40 Business Days
    Made to Order and customized dresses require time for individual tailoring, fitting adjustments and finishing. Production generally takes 15–40 business days before the order is ready to ship.
    02 / IN STOCK
    Ships Within 2 Business Days
    For dresses marked In Stock, we can normally prepare and dispatch the order within 2 business days, making these styles a convenient choice when your event date is approaching.

    From Tailoring to Dispatch
    Annakoo operates as a specialized tailoring studio. For Made to Order gowns, production begins after your order is confirmed and includes the time needed for cutting, sewing, embellishment, finishing and final preparation.

    Orders are shipped internationally from our Suzhou studio using established international carriers. Depending on the destination and shipping service selected, your package may be transported by DHL, UPS, FedEx or other international delivery partners.
