    Attention & Care

Annakoo dress quality and care process

    Made With Care

    Our Quality & Care Process

From order confirmation to final inspection and careful packing, each Annakoo order receives attention at every stage before it makes its way to you.

    01

    Order Review

Before production begins, we review the details provided with your order. This includes the selected style, size, color, measurements when applicable, and other order requirements. If clarification is needed, our customer service team may contact you before the order moves forward.

    02

    Made to Order

Many Annakoo dresses are made to order rather than taken from ready-made inventory. Production follows the specifications associated with your order, with attention given to the construction, fabric, embellishments, and finishing details of the selected design.

    03

    Quality Inspection

Before dispatch, the finished garment is checked for important details such as overall appearance, construction, stitching, closures, embellishments, and consistency with the order information. Any issue identified during inspection is reviewed before the order is prepared for shipment.

    04

    Careful Packing

After inspection, the dress is prepared for shipment with care to help reduce unnecessary creasing or damage during transit. Packaging methods may vary according to the garment and shipping requirements.

    05

    Shipment & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information is provided when available so you can follow the shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control.

    Dress Care Guide

How to Clean & Preserve Your Dress

Formal dresses often combine delicate fabrics, structured construction, lace, beading, embroidery, sequins, or other decorative details. Proper care can help preserve the garment's appearance long after your special occasion.

    Before Cleaning

    1. Check the care information provided with your garment and identify the main fabric and decorative materials.
    2. Inspect the dress for stains, loose embellishments, delicate lace, beading, sequins, or other areas that may require special attention.
    3. For silk, heavily embellished, structured, vintage, or particularly delicate gowns, professional cleaning by a specialist familiar with formalwear is recommended.
    4. If a cleaning product is appropriate for the fabric, test it first on a small, hidden area. Do not apply an unfamiliar cleaning agent directly to a visible section of the dress.

    Spot Cleaning

    1. Address stains as soon as practical, since older stains can become more difficult to remove.
    2. Gently blot rather than rub the affected area. Rubbing can damage fibers, alter the surface of the fabric, or disturb embellishments.
    3. Use a clean, white, absorbent cloth when blotting to reduce the risk of transferring color to the garment.
    4. Avoid bleach, strong chemicals, heat, or household stain removers unless they are specifically confirmed as suitable for the particular fabric and finish.
    5. Do not soak a structured or heavily decorated gown unless the garment's care instructions specifically allow it.

Important: Because formal dresses can contain different combinations of fabrics, linings, interfacing, lace, beading, sequins, and other details, there is no single cleaning method that is suitable for every gown. When in doubt, consult a professional cleaner experienced with wedding dresses and formalwear.

    Drying & Storage

    1. Allow the garment to dry completely before long-term storage.
    2. Avoid placing a wet or heavily damp dress on a narrow hanger, as the weight of the garment may place stress on the fabric or shoulder area.
    3. Keep the dress in a clean, dry, temperature-stable environment away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and strong heat.
    4. For long-term preservation, consider professional gown preservation or an acid-free storage box with suitable archival tissue.
    5. Avoid storing delicate gowns in direct contact with materials that may transfer color, moisture, or chemicals to the fabric.

A Little Care Goes a Long Way

Your dress was chosen for an important moment. Taking a little extra care after the event can help preserve its fabric, shape, and decorative details for future memories.
